We ship to most countries worldwide, Most of the orders (In-stock items) will be shipped out in 2 workdays.

The normal shipping time is about two weeks. (Not guarantee if the order will be delayed by customs or bad weather)

1. What are the available shipping methods?

For all shipping methods, Navier instruments only charge a shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is not included.

Express:

DHL/UPS (World Express Savor):
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 3-6 days delay.
The tracking number available around 48 hours in business day.

Attentions:

  1. Impossible to ship to PO BOX and Military address(APO/FPO).
  2. Impossible to ship battery alone.
  3. Battery should be shipped with a mod/kit or battery charger.
  4. There is a 5% chance that it will be inspected by customs, and the order will be delayed for 4-5 days.

General Shipping Channel: Impossible to ship battery alone

E-Packet:

For most specific destinations (USA, Canada, France, UK, Australia, etc )when the order is below 2kg.
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 10-25 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

Europe Express:

For most European destinations (Italy, France, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Greece etc)when the order is below 2kg.
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 10-20 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

EURO Special Air Line:

Only for Germany, France, England, Italy when the order is below 2kg.
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 2-4 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

Singapore Post:

Provided by Singapore Post. Available for most countries(Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, etc).
Handle Time: Ship out  in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 10-25 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 3-5 days delay.

We need to wait 2-3 days to track online. It takes time for the post office to scan the Airmail parcel.

3. How are customs and import tax/duty handled?

Express like DHL and UPS, customs duty is not included.
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.
Navier instruments is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. If the parcel returned back to our warehouse, we will grant a refund of your order.
The Tax/Customs fee in the destination country is at the customer’s expense. All customers are responsible to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.

4. What is the declaration on shipping labels?

We will declare the package according to our system. So please leave us a message or contact us about the declaration details if you have a special declaration when you make the order.
